Interested candidates are required to apply online through the CUI Careers Portal at https://careers.comsats.edu.pk. Applicants must review the prescribed eligibility criteria carefully, complete the online application form, and upload all relevant academic and professional documents, including the HEC-attested terminal degree or HEC Equivalence Certificate (for foreign qualifications), copies of all academic degrees/certificates, and experience certificates. Candidates must possess valid registration with the relevant accreditation/professional council (such as PEC, PCATP, or other applicable council) wherever required for the position.

Important Instructions

  • Candidates currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel.
  • Applicants must pay a non-refundable processing fee in favor of "COMSATS University Islamabad": Rs. 2,000/- for Assistant Professor and Rs. 3,000/- for Associate Professor/Professor. The fee may be deposited online or at any branch of Askari Bank Limited.
  • Part-time, honorary, visiting, apprenticeship, freelancing, and intern experience shall not be counted as valid experience. Only experience letters issued by the respective HR/Registrar or relevant authority will be accepted.
  • Candidates applying for more than one position and/or campus must submit a separate online application, along with a separate processing fee, for each position/campus.
  • Only online applications shall be entertained; no hard copy will be accepted.
  • Applications containing incomplete/fake information or submitted without the prescribed processing fee will not be entertained.
  • If any deficiency is observed in eligibility or fake/incomplete information is found at any stage, the candidature may be cancelled or employment terminated immediately.
  • No hard or soft copies of missing documents will be accepted after submission. No amendments, additions, or changes will be entertained after the closing date.
  • Candidates who have already applied for the position of Assistant Professor against the advertisement dated July 07, 2026, need not apply again.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
  • Applicable tax(es) will be deducted from the monthly salary as per rules.
