Application Procedure
- Download the prescribed application form from www.su.edu.pk
- Fill the form completely and attach a complete CV along with attested copies of testimonials
- Affix two recent passport-size photographs on each application
- Foreign degree holders must attach an HEC equivalence certificate
- Attach the original bank deposit slip or University Challan Form for the applicable non-refundable processing fee
- Submit the completed application to the Head of the respective Department, Principal of the Constituent College, or Director of the Institute/School at the University of Sargodha
- Ensure your application reaches the university before the closing date of 24 August 2026, since applications received after this date will not be entertained, even if posted earlier
