Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO), incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1984, distributes and supplies electricity to 7.28 million customers and employs more than 19,000 people across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana districts. LESCO has invited applications from eligible candidates through M/s Open Testing Service (OTS) to fill 12 categories of contract-based posts, totaling 173 vacancies.
Important note for domicile eligibility: for positions Sr. 3 to 12 (Line Superintendent through Bill Distributor), only candidates having domicile from the districts of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana Sahib are eligible to apply. Positions Sr. 1 and 2 (Assistant Manager/Junior Engineer and Assistant Manager Customer Services) are open on a wider quota basis.

Important Eligibility and Selection Conditions
- All appointments are purely on a contract basis at a market-based lump sum package, non-pensionable, with no long-term benefits, and shall not be converted into permanent positions
- For posts Sr. 3 to 12, only candidates with domicile from Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, or Nankana Sahib are eligible
- Age relaxation of 3 years applies for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Buddhists; government servants with 2 years continuous service get 10 years relaxation in the upper age limit
- Candidates selected against the 20% LESCO Employee Children Quota get a further 5 years age relaxation in the prescribed limit
- Only candidates meeting eligibility criteria for a post will be allowed to appear in the written test; passing the test alone does not guarantee employment
- Minimum passing marks in the written test are 50%
- Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere under LESCO's jurisdiction as per company requirement
- Dismissed or screened-out employees of any organization, or candidates with a criminal record, are not eligible; police character and antecedent clearance is mandatory
- LESCO reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason
Application Procedure
- Visit the official OTS website at www.ots.org.pk for online registration and submission of the application form
- Pay the test fee of Rs. 80 per applicant by logging into your banking app, selecting 1-Bill Payment, entering your PSID, verifying details, and completing payment
- Upload scanned copies of all educational documents, CNIC (front and back), domicile certificate, experience certificate (where required), PEC registration certificate (where required), a recent photograph, and all relevant documents through the online portal
- Applications submitted by hand, or received after the due date, will not be entertained
- Submit your complete application before 18 August 2026
- After applying, regularly check the OTS website and applicant portal for Roll Number Slip, written test schedule, and result announcements
