POSITION: Branch Manager

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years Banking Experience, of which experience as a Branch Manager is specifically required. Each candidate must specify 3 cities or towns for placement, one of which the candidate must have previously been posted in their prior assignment. This is a critical requirement to ensure you mention your 3 preferred cities carefully when applying.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized Institute or University, both national and international degrees are acceptable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deposit Mobilization: Drive deposit growth at the branch level by implementing effective strategies to attract and retain customers and grow the branch liability portfolio.
Agricultural Credit Expansion: Manage and expand the agricultural credit portfolio of the branch ZTBL's core business. Identify deserving farmers and agri-enterprises for credit facilities and ensure smooth disbursement.
Recovery Management: Responsible for the recovery of regular and non-performing loans. Monitor loan portfolio health and take proactive steps to minimize NPLs and maintain healthy recovery ratios.
Services and Operations Supervision: Oversee all branch services and operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly service delivery in line with ZTBL policies and SBP regulations.
EKYC and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Electronic Know Your Customer (EKYC) requirements and all applicable regulatory frameworks set by the State Bank of Pakistan and other authorities.
