Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Law, preferably with relevant contract laws, and a relevant higher qualification will be given preference
Experience Required:
→ Minimum 12 years' experience with 05 years in High Court practice
→ Candidate having an understanding of legal and regulatory affairs associated with the power sector, including contract drafting, review, management laws, rules, regulations, etc.
→ Knowledge of the contractual framework for power/energy sales and purchase will be given preference
→ Knowledge of competitive electricity markets will give a competitive advantage
POST 2 — Manager (Planning / Demand Forecasting)
BPS / Grade: 19 | Positions: 01
Age Limit: Up to 50 years as on the closing date
Qualification: Master / BE / BS Electrical Electronic Engineering (16 years of education Degree) in 1st Division with at least 60% marks from any reputable and HEC recognized Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Higher qualifications will be given preference

→ Minimum 12 years' experience, including 05 years in distribution and planning
