Reports To: Regional Executive – Credit Administration Division
ELIGIBILITY:
Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Master's degree and/or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience, of which at least 2 years must be in credit administration and/or loan processing and/or banking operations.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
✅ Sound knowledge of commercial and SME financing
✅ Credit administration and review of legal documentation/pledge operations
✅ Professional exposure to collateral and risk monitoring/reporting
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
→ Scrutinize Sanction Advice / Facility Offer Letters (FOL) as per Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB) and Shariah guidelines

→ Prepare Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC) for approved banking facilities

→ Review outsourced stock inspection and valuation reports for accuracy and compliance
→ Record and maintain complete facility details in the system, including collateral, takaful, and related information

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Human Resources and/or Banking with at least 2 years specifically in HR Operations, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or Benefits Management.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
✅ Deep knowledge of End Service Benefits and HR Operations processes
✅ High attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy
✅ Effective team player with strong communication skills
