ROLE OVERVIEW

The Head Compliance is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the bank's regulatory compliance functions. This position reports directly to the CEO, indicating the high level of importance and trust placed in this role within the organization.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Typical for this role):

✅ Ensure the bank's operations comply with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and guidelines

✅ Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across all branches

✅ Conduct compliance risk assessments and report to senior management and the CEO

✅ Lead anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance initiatives
